12 month support and maintenance options

 

Bronze Maintenance   Bronze Maintenance Plan

This program is the recommended support for our customers that utilize the helicopter UAS under 500 flight hours and may include the following:

Coverage:


7:30 am – 5:30 pm MST x 280 days a year – Phone & Internet

Elements:


  • Tune Ups: 1 tune-up that include, full cleaning, tuning, motor checks, blade tuning and other mechanical checks. Includes new parts upgrades and does not include repairs/parts from misuse or wrecks. Also includes inspection and tuning for wireless video system.

  • Software: (1) Major software upgrade, no interim patches or fixes

  • Shipping: Customer Pays Shipping (Ground recommended)

  • Custom: Custom support features, online support, and phone support

 

Silver Maintenance   Silver Maintenance Plan

This program is the recommended support for our customers that utilize the helicopter drone 500–1,000 flight hours and may include the following:

Coverage:


7:30 am – 5:30 pm MST x 280 days a year – Phone & Internet

Elements:


  • Tune Ups: 2 tune-ups that include, full cleaning, tuning, motor checks, blade tuning and other mechanical checks. Includes new parts upgrades and does not include repairs/parts from misuse or wrecks. Also includes inspection and tuning for wireless video system.

  • Software: All software patches, upgrades and downloads

  • Shipping: Customer Pays Shipping (Ground recommended)

  • Custom: Custom support features, online support, and phone support

 

Gold Maintenance   Gold Maintenance Plan

This program is the recommended support for our customers that utilize the helicopter drone 500–1,000 flight hours and may include the following:

Coverage:


24 hour support x 365 days a year – Phone & Internet

Elements:


  • Tune Ups: 4 quarterly tune-ups that include, full cleaning, tuning, motor checks, blade tuning and other mechanical checks. Includes new parts upgrades and does not include repairs/parts from misuse or wrecks. Also includes inspection and tuning for wireless video system.

  • Software: All software patches, upgrades and downloads

  • Shipping: Customer Pays Shipping (Ground recommended)

  • Custom: Custom support features, online support, and phone support
