12 month support and maintenance options
Silver Maintenance Plan
This program is the recommended support for our customers that utilize the helicopter drone 10 flight hours and may include the following:
Coverage:
7:30 am – 5:30 pm MST x 280 days per year – Phone Support
Elements:

Tune Ups: 1 tune-up that includes, full cleaning, tuning, motor checks, blade tuning and other mechanical checks. Includes new parts upgrades and does not include repairs/parts from misuse or wrecks. Also includes inspection and tuning for wireless video system.

Software: All software patches, upgrades and downloads

Shipping: Customer Pays Shipping (Ground recommended)

Gold Maintenance Plan
This program is the recommended support for our customers that utilize the helicopter drone 20 flight hours and may include the following:
