The new welding system is not only faster but is allowing an improved amp flow. The welds are giving us about 10% more amps at full flow which is not bad! We are making sure that Leptron is ahead of the competition by improving our equipment.

A battery testing system for cell matching is also in the works.

The IB1400 packs have been our most popular cells, as they allow 10 amp draw and still give 80% amperage. These cells will give as much as 25 amps draw without damage.

We still offer the normal Sanyo700 mah cells as the Futaba and JR packs have, but we install much heavier wire and weld strips. This construction allows the cells to work much more efficiently.

For those of you who are looking for transmitter packs, we have AA 1600 mah nimh cells on the way. We have had great success with the 3 cell 1800 lipo FlightPower packs. The transmitters do not mind the extra voltage, can sit on the shelf for months and are ready to go fly...Cool!
