Policies
ORDER PROCESSING Orders of in-stock items, placed before 3 PM MST, will be shipped the same day. Orders of in-stock items, placed after 3 PM MST, will be shipping the following day. Custom Battery Packs will ship within 48 hours as long as all components are in stock. Item availability is indicated on the product list pages of this website. In cases where inventory appears to be low, and the order is a rush order, please call or email for assistance. We can not guarantee the performance of our shippers. Our battery packs are guaranteed for 30 days. Battery packs will be replaced if failure is due to defective workmanship. Damaged packs will not be replaced. Loose cells that have been built into a pack are not under warranty. REFUNDS and RETURNS Please contact us via email for authorization prior to returning any product. Include a detailed explanation of the problem. When shipping an item for return, please include the description of the problem in the package. After 30 days we are not responsible for defective or broken merchandise. Defective custom packs will be replaced or repaired at no cost to the purchaser. A 30% restocking fee will be charged on returns of undamaged packs. |
