Viking Aerospace’s mission is to offer high quality aerospace products and services. To do this, Viking Aerospace is committing a significant percentage of its resources into the research and development area. We will continue to work with the Kansas UAV Consortium on the development and commercialization of aerospace technologies within the Midwest. We provide the engineering support services required to plan, research, develop, and prototype Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS). We have the education and experience in both fixed and rotary-wing UAS design. Integration of avionics suites, custom autopilot development, and sensor package flight testing are among the services offered.
Kenyon Laboratories has been building the Kenyon Gyro Stabilizer for almost fifty years. Initially designed to keep binoculars steadily on target from a pitching ship, the units are also now used for medium format cameras, cinematographers and even NASA. Using the Gyro Stabilizer on a camera, one can obtain clear crisp shots from unusual situations, from a plane or helicopter our units will dampen out the motor and rotor vibration. When shooting at low light levels one can get large format pictures with slower shutter speeds or slower film , without the encumbrance of a tripod.
